Worst customer service on earth. Look elsewhere for Solar. I had a down system for months which they finally fixed after countless escalations. Now for many weeks I am waiting for a claim to get submitted and reimbursement for lost Solar time even though they said they would. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
