We just stood outside for over an hour with kids, dogs and cat without water etc. for a possible gas leak only to call back hear it was resolved No call back No truck sent to tell us everything was OK We called after we smelled gas More

Water heater not working. Called they came out wasnt an inbound gas issue, but he rebooted system, got my fireplaces, water heater HVAC unit working. Super nice guy

Constant outages, and then a PLANNED OUTAGE During winter tomorrows temperature is going to be Degrees and they think its acceptable to turn OFF our power for Hours. Absolutely Ridiculous.
