We have been trying to report a power outage since midnight The system keeps telling us our power was restored on September th or this is an invalid entry try your call later.

Terrible service. If you decide to pay bill in person expect to be treated as if your checking in with a probation officer. Also power seems to go out everytime the wind blows over mph then if you call to report an.outage they say your number does not show in system. Pretty funny when u call to pay your bill it shows up then
