The worst company, if you delay in paying for services, disconnects you to the post. Its already hours with two small children at home and they tell me it can take up to days. It is a total lack of respect. If I find a lawyer, I will sue them, because children can get sick with the horrible cold they are doing.

The worst electric company Ive used. I cant believe there are literally no competing electrical companies in this area. As long as thats the case the prices are bound to be this high which is totally ridiculous.

Some customer service employees are very helpful and nice and some I would come through the phone on if I could. They work with you on your bill to a point. The rates are ridiculous....come on now you are a multimillion dollar company.....your customers are what keep you in business help us out too

They are quick to cut your electricity at the pole but take or more days to come back and restore service. We have a one year old in the house and we paid the bill in full not minutes after it was disconnected and now days later More

I want to say their services rendered have been better. Ultimately they have a lock on the market and they charge too much. When the power has gone out its always back on before all my food goes bad in my fridge, and my phone hasnt died and the world continues on thanks to power companies.still, charging way too much.
