I didnt think theres a company with worse customer service than Comcast, but this terrible company proved me wrong.

Decent company and very flexible

The absolute worst company to deal with, avoid it at all costs. I am forced to use this company because of the apartment complex I live in. Rude customer service, absurd late fees, impossible to ever know what you actually owe. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Every time I have moved apartments they continue to bill me for months after moving out, even after multiple attempts to tell them that I no longer live at the address. I have had the rental companies try to address the issue as well, but Vera seems to lack any administrative abilities. If at all possible, use a different company.
