My experience with Southern Solar was extremely disappointing. After receiving a quote, I had some follow up questions. They did not respond for weeks. Not even an indication that they were busy and would not be able to respond for a while. Very unprofessional and rude. They were just a waste of time.

I received a quote from this outfit that I thought was reasonable. So, I cut ties with the other companies I was talking to. Then Southern Solar tells me the cost is much higher than their quote. It appears that they have no idea what they are doing and are incompetent. I dont think they have any idea what they are doing.
