great for me but terrible issues for my father in law across the street. delays, improper mounting, more delays. He had a terrible experience which contrasted my fairly simple process. i would give but I see the experience is not always the same

Took over months to complete the process. Most of the delays were the fault of the PD team long design cycle didnt pass inspection, equipment installed improperly. Slow to get a response on issues when contacting customer service.
