Voice mail...full. Unable to reach company. Is this any way to run a business

My solar system has not worked right in years. I have made countless phone calls that go right to voicemail. I have many many emails that I have sent that have gone unanswered. When I do manage to get a hold of someone they make promises that they dont keep. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
