I got a error on my system weeks ago. So I tried to call RGS Engery to talk to them about it. I have tried to call them for the last weeks with no answer. I have left a message on the voice mail times and never got a call back. If you are going to install solar DO NOT USE THEM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

I agree with the last reviewer... Good initial install, and for a few years they even offered good support... Lately, I have no way of getting a hold of them... And have tried to go through their sales department...No luck...
