At least we Have electricity. Thats about all I can say until better offers are given to the existing customers.

Ive been living in this area for over two years. This year has been by far the worst. In the last months the electricity continously went out. This week alone times. I am not sure what the issue is but its frustrating. Some More

Power goes out unexpectedly, and it is very difficult to speak with a customer service rep .

If I could give zero stars I would. We have experienced several power outages over the last few months with this company and they always last several hours. The customer service memebers lie and tell you the crew bbn is eorking on fixing the problem but they are not. Stay far away from this company

Been out of power for more then hours. The system went down at am on May , . And it is am on May , . This is poor customer service, my question is who isgis to replace the food loss if the outage continues.

Expect multiple power outages with this company. Im from Florida and been through multiple hurricanes and never have dealt with this much BS from a power company.

Nothing like having your power go out continuously during a pandemic while youre quarantined at home. Oncor deserves stars. I have never experienced this type of service anywhere I have lived. Theyre the absolute worst
