OPPD is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Every time you talk to someone you get a different answer and terrible customer service. They know they can treat you like garbage because you have to use them if you want power. They can pack on the charges but cant explain what they are for.

There is no reason why that couldnt have the lobby open with restrictions yet. It is now over months in to the pandemic, banks and the dmv have found options to open.
