After the ice storm, my security light was staying on constantly. I reported it and even though this is not an urgent need, it was repaired within days. Thank you OEC for taking care of me and my family for over years.

The lineman were very nice and despite it was raining and lightning they still changed it. And Im quite pleased with the new light.

Security light was out last night. Called this morning to report it and was told it might be tomorrow before the truck would be able to fix it. To my surprise the truck rolled up my street less than an hour later Thanks for being so prompt and courteous fellas

They are the best. Any issues are resolved quickly. One Sunday morning power was out I called it in and minutes later the crew arrived and fixed the power outage. They also provide the best fiber optics high speed internet service I have ever seen.

Great experience. They worked with me from start to finish from engineering to the install of the transformer and meter. They communicated very effectively and worked timely. Great team.
