Our power goes off often, and we live on the hill behind Independence Power and Light. Our meter was miss read and we were charged approximately over our normal bill. We had to push to get things fixed.

Have never ever had a problem in three years. Ending my services today because moving out of the area. Wasnt any trouble to end service and they did it on the correct day with no mistakes

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. You can call for hours on end and never reach a human or be helped.

Rude. Threatens to shut off service and seize your home. Often demands that we remove all fencing property. Workers caught kitting pets from other side of fencing. Get everything in writing and record every interaction.
