Not only did I have to send it my documents times which took hours each time, but I had to pay for no damn reason, and somebody toldMe on FRIDAY, that my power was supposed to turn on on Saturday, its sunday at pm and nothing. This is days without power I hate this company.

This company is awful. The rep refused to put me on to a supervisor, and then handed up on me.

The area i live in has an inordinate amount of outages. GP says they dont pay for spoiled food and we should contact our insurance company. GP should realize that our deductibles are higher than the amount of food loss. If we file on our insurance they then raise our premiums. GP cares about profit not people.
