Thanks for kicking me when Im down. I almost died and wound up in the hospital and missed my pay agreement. So I get a few weeks extension to pay the complete bill and then get cut off. Too bad I didnt die

One of the most frustrating phone pay systems I have ever experienced. Talking to a representative just refers you to the same bill matrix system. For those who dont have online accounts or pay by mail, this will be very frustrating. More
