Horrible and rude customer service. They charge more than any other electric company Ive ever had. Not that you have a choice to use them or not if you are in their service area.

Zero stars. Our bill recently tripled and when I called to ask why the representative was so rude and didnt help at all. So pissed. Then when I was asking a question he hung up. HATE this company and their horrible representatives.
