I had noise on my tv due to arcing insulators on a CVEC line in front of my house. They did everything possible NOT to replace the insulators. Poor customer service.

Worst service company ever. Power is constany going out. Storms or just sunny days seem to do it. Power is out right now and their phones are even working. Always takes to hours to get power on. Complete joke for the kw per hour they charge

Called them to come check out a poping transformer, they came within two hours. Chase was extremely polite and courteous. There was another gentleman with him, but didnt get his name. They checked the breaker box and disconnected an unused transformer. Very pleased.
