I have lived in many apartments and had many service providers. This company has charged the most and been the most disappointing. It is really too bad because Bryan is a nice place to live. Im glad I dont have their service anymore.

The customer service representatives are always willing to help when needed. Never with frustration always have winning smiles.

Absolutely terrible to deal with, no communication on their end. Make sure you have confirmation numbers ect before getting off the phone with them. They wont stand by anything they tell you that you have done unless you can prove it.

Had BTU for almost three years and found the prices to be VERY fair compared to the rest of Texas and absolutely loved one bill for all services. When we needed a new trash can one came the next day. Great service and well run company.
