First, I dont give far reviews, so that explains the stars. I dont have any complaints with APGE, other than Im supposed to be on budget billing, but there is a month to month variance, so I dont think I am. I appreciate their monthly energy usage report.

Its the WORST COMPANY EVERI had to close down my business because of Covid and they asked me to send documents to prove that and i keep send it to them and they didnt do anything

Awful place awful people. Charging per kilowatt, changing someones bill without notice. Our bill was for a mobile home we have been living in for years. They are heartless. Absolutely told us to just pay it.
