When I went to purchase a system to self install yes, I got a permit and had all inspections done, these guys came up as the most cost competitive option. All I can say is they are legitimate. Rich is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of solar. He designs the system and helps with installation issues as well. It takes a bit more work on the owners part than just calling a onestop shop that designs and installs, but it saved me , on a .KW system, so I felt it was worth the bit of extra involvement.
