This is a total scam. They lied about our production percentage and when we pointed it out, they lied about PGE being wrong. They outsource everything. We now have to arbitrate the case with the BBB and probably take them to court. DO NOT sign up with this company, youll regret it just like we did.

i have been trying to get a situation resolved with this company for months and they try to pacify me with little things and getting in contact with them is a real joke. if i was anyone thinking of getting solar from them i would say DONT DO IT

Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.......they take your money and wont take care of the solar panels that are not working correctly. Have called and emailed them many times and get nothing done so dont used them deal with local solar company.
