E .T. Lawson

Utterly useless. I explained that the carpet by my sliding door gets wet every time it rains. They sent me a plumber. I explained AGAIN that the problem is rain leaking in, not my pipes. They referred me to a different plumber.

I have been a customer of ET Lawson for years and cannot say enough good things about them. Their staff is courteous and professional, and on call seven days a week. Ive had them make repairs to my AC system and oil heating system and have been very impressed with their quality of work and pricing.

We use ET Lawson for everything from heating to plumbing. We have never received any but excellent service from the schedulers to technicians. Again today we received wonderful care. David Major was informative and offered excellent customer service.

They have been nothing but helpful in troubleshooting and getting my AC fixed. Would recommend to anyone looking for AC maintenance or repair. Both techs were very curteous and knowledgeable.

Very disappointed, will not use this vendor again.
