If I could give zero stars, I would. I hate dealing with this company. From the website, online bill payment to over the phone customer service, including the answering service that just hung up on me, its all bad. I never had one bad experience when it was Kaw Valley Electric. Free State Electric is terrible.

What a disorganized bunch. I had two repair men try to start a fight when I asked them why they were on my property. One told me to shut up and go back in the house. They werent working on my service but looking around my property, to steal something

Kaw valley customer service was so much better. Freestate doesnt try to pretend that they care. They know you dont have a choice, and they hold the cards. Would give a zero if I could.
