Northern Tool online purchasing is and always has been a first class experience. I cannot say the same for the local Chattanooga, TN store. They are rude and just do not care whether you buy from them or not.

I like the store, but prefer Harbor Freight more. HF has a better selection of items. And has coupons. Where NT is more about bigger ticket items.

Just purchased Ton Hydraulic press with free shipping. Better than Harbor Freight which puts stuff on sale and then dont have the items.

Very convenient and helpful. Didnt have what I was looking for in the beginning online but instore online the item mysteriously appeared. What helped is the double deal egift card sweetened the deal

Didnt have the item at the store. They said they would order it for us, but we chose to order online ourselves. Very easy website and able to still use a coupon. No problems.
