As of this morning had our electricity turned off because supposedly we owe them we paid that bill we have our bank receipts and they still cannot get anybody out here till Monday when I literally just saw the guy outside turn off the power

Company sucks. They have a monopoly in my area and lost my payment threw WesternUnion. At a surcharge. If I had a choice in providers would not be this shty company. If only provider in area would not buy a house there. Yell fire if you want help.

Choose anyone else if you can. Turned my power off in the winter... no heat... bc of there billing error and told me no one was available to fix till the next day bc there technicians only work till here.

Very poor quality customer service. Not that anyone gets a choice, but Sioux Falls should try to get rid of them.
