Constantly high meter readings and makes us check our own meter to get accurate billing. They have lied that they have read the meter when our bill is marked actual. They even went as far as saying the can read the meter from the road, even when we live on a busy lane road and our meter is behind a big bush.

Power outage for days so far estimates Thursday pm that is days unacceptable.

I have only good things to say about Ohio Edison. I would only like to inform you that its not necessary to call me because unfortunately my dog has passed away and Im not getting another one. I am disabled and cant take care of another dog anymore because I cant even take care of myself.
